Regarding the recent credit card lawsuit involving foreign transaction fees, can somebody please tell me if American Express is included? If all the other credit card companies are involved then I think that Amex should also be included. I use Amex mostly when I travel internationally and don't how the way they disclose the fees is different from the way that bank one did. I want to fill out the refund forms for my American Express card.

American Express is not covered. I believe they settled a similar case a couple years ago but are not included in this one. You're out of luck :(

I don't think that lawsuit is new. From a google search it looks like this happened in 2004 sometime. And they are contesting a settlement in another lawsuit against amex. The page for that lawsuit is not working. Don't get your hopes up, but we can always hope I guess.
